At Black Coral Wax USA, we strive to ensure you have the best professional waxing supplies, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that due to the nature of beauty products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send your return package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
